The Beatles Rockband for Xbox 360 Official Website is an excellent example of what can be done in Silverlight for the consumer market. The attention to detail is top-notch, as you’d expect from a video game’s official website.

There are some nice details here. The preloader with tips on how to navigate, the mouse pointer when you hover over active areas and the cut scenes are all great.

Excellent audio work

By far my favorite thing about this site is the audio work. The fading in and out of different tracks as you pan around, and the crossover from left to right of the screaming fans. It’s those little details like that go a long way in completing the experience.
